Your information is used to respond to your request, assess project fit, provide requested pre-contract information and, if you become a client, deliver the agreed service. The lawful basis is normally taking steps at your request before entering a contract or performing a contract.

Who processes it

Netlify processes website form submissions and Google/Gmail is used to receive and respond to enquiries. These providers may process information outside the UK using their applicable safeguards.

How long it is kept

Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries are normally deleted after 12 months unless there is a legal or business reason to retain them. Client records may be retained longer where required for contracts, tax or legal obligations.

Cookies and tracking

This version of the site does not use advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Essential hosting and security technologies may still be used to provide the site. This notice will be updated before optional analytics or marketing tracking is introduced.

Your rights
